Steps2Retirement is a nationally-recognized financial education course taught by licensed financial professionals. Class instruction is held at universities and community colleges nationwide, with a mission to provide research-based, unbiased education to those in or planning for retirement.
Who should attend a Steps2Retirement educational course?
The curriculum covered in the Steps2Retirement course is best-suited for those planning for or in the early stages of retirement.
How much does the course cost to attend?
Course tuition is $49, which includes access for yourself and one complimentary guest. This will grant you access to local course instruction, as well as all workbooks, planning guides, and handouts that accompany the curriculum.
Is the course tuition refundable?
Absolutely. If you are forced to cancel OR attend both course sessions and don’t feel you were provided with enough value, the course instructor will refund 100% of your course tuition.
Are there any education prerequisites? Do I need a college degree to attend?
No. While most Steps2Retirement courses are taught at universities and community colleges nationwide, students are not required to have any level of college experience.
Is this a course being offered by the college?
While some Steps2Retirement classes are sponsored by a university of community college, they are not part of the semester-long class schedule. The course consists of 2 individual class sessions only.
Will I be sold anything?
Absolutely not. The Steps2Retirement course is strictly educational and selling of any kind is prohibited. You may, at your own discretion, decide to pursue your course instructor for further assistance in any area of financial and retirement planning.
